CARE IS THE INFRASTRUCTURE
Relational wellbeing partnerships for organisations navigating complexity
In organisational life, change is constant: restructures, growth, uncertainty, personal crises, and unspoken pressures all shape how people show up to work. When care is absent or outsourced to systems alone, the impact is felt quietly but deeply.
I partner with a small number of organisations each year to offer confidential, culturally competent, trauma-aware coaching support, grounded in depth, discernment, and relational trust. This is not a one-off intervention, but an ongoing partnership that supports people through complexity while strengthening the human fabric of the organisation.
This work supports organisations to move beyond surface-level wellbeing initiatives and towards something more enduring: psychological safety, emotional literacy, and leadership that can hold reality as it is.
Who I Work With
I partner with anti-racist, values-led organisations that are committed to caring for their people with integrity, not optics. Many are seeking to diversify or deepen their Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with culturally competent, relational mental health support.
I work across all levels of an organisation, including:
founders and C-suite leaders
senior leadership teams
managers and people leaders
individual contributors
Given the relational nature of this work, I work with a select few organisations at a time.
How We Work Together
Wellbeing partnerships are typically offered on a retainer basis, allowing for continuity, trust, and flexibility over time.
Support may include:
1:1 coaching for leaders or team members
coaching for specific teams or departments
support during periods of transition, change, or strain
The work is reflective, trauma-informed, and somatically aware. It is not performance coaching, target-driven, or designed to manage people out of organisations. If your primary focus is performance management or output optimisation, this will not be the right fit.
“The sessions with Rebecca-Monique were fantastic from the chemistry call right to the end. I’m not someone who quickly or easily feels at ease with new people, but Rebecca-Monique was warm, empathetic and understanding throughout and I felt I was able to open up pretty immediately...
Having such holistic coaching has been beneficial to my personal life and the company.”
Where the Work Takes Place
Sessions are primarily held online via Zoom, with in-person work available by arrangement. For many clients, working away from the office environment supports deeper reflection and psychological safety. In-person sessions may take place at my West London coaching space or at your organisation.
Areas Commonly Explored
While each partnership is shaped by context, the work often touches on:
trauma, including racial trauma
grief, loss, and bereavement
anxiety, stress, and burnout
confidence, self-esteem, and imposter experiences
emotional intelligence and relational skills
transitions (role changes, parental leave, new structures, growth or contraction)
This list is not exhaustive, nor prescriptive. The work is always shaped by what is most alive and needed.
