I collaborate selectively with brands whose values align with depth, dignity, and care for the human experience.

Partnerships that resonate most are those that support reflection, wellbeing, creativity, learning, and thoughtful living. This may include tools, platforms, or resources that I genuinely use, trust, and would share regardless of sponsorship. Examples include:

  • Reading, writing, and thinking tools

  • Audio-led and reflective learning platforms

  • Ethical wellbeing and mental health tools

  • Cultural or educational institutions

  • Retreats, spaces for rest, and slow living

I do not accept:

  • PR gifting with an expectation of coverage

  • High-volume or purely transactional sponsorships

  • Partnerships that prioritise urgency, hype, or performance over substance
