Is the voucher a physical card?
No, a digital gift voucher will be produced with a unique code that you can share with the recipient.
What can I use my voucher against?
Your voucher can be redeemed against coaching services, including a chemistry call and all coaching packages.
How long is my voucher valid for?
The recipient will have 12 months (365 days) from the voucher purchase date to fully redeem their gift.
Can I use my voucher on different items?
Yes! You can use your voucher against different coaching services. If you don't use the full balance at one time, you can use your voucher code for future transactions.
How can I redeem my voucher ?
To set coaching in motion, please get in touch to book a 60-minute chemistry call by completing the form on the Trauma-informed Coaching page. During this 1-hour session, we’ll explore what’s going on for you at the moment, and you’ll experience coaching.
Can I get a refund for my voucher?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Other notes:
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.
Gift vouchers are valid for use by the voucher recipient only.
The gift voucher recipient must be aged 18 years or over. Gift vouchers cannot be issued for children.
A maximum of four gift vouchers can be used per transaction. If the total purchase price exceeds the value of the gift voucher(s) any price difference can be paid by bank transfer.
