A healing circle for Black women and women of colour* navigating breast cancer.
For those who have walked through the fire and now face the quiet after.
For those whose scars — visible or unseen — tell stories of survival.
For those who long to feel whole, joyful, and in love with life again.
This is a sacred, intimate space for Black women and women of colour* to gather in the tender season after acute breast cancer treatment — where healing, identity, and joy can be reclaimed without rushing or dimming.
What this is
A guided, intimate 6-week journey — part healing circle, part coaching programme — designed to hold your story with compassion, cultural understanding, and deep care. Together, we will honour what has been lost, tend to what remains, and nurture the parts of you ready to bloom again.
Why join?
Because long-term treatment and post-treatment are their own chapters — often quieter, but no less complex.
Because grief, trauma, and identity shifts can be invisible to those around you.
Because you deserve a sanctuary – whether you’re beyond treatment or or living with ongoing care – where race, culture, and survivorship are understood without explanation.
Here, you will find:
Community with women who share your cultural and lived experience
Education on grief, trauma, and the post-cancer emotional landscape
Reflection to help you make sense of the changes in your body, identity, and relationships
Tools for rebuilding joy, strength, and self-trust
Space to rest, laugh, cry, and be fully seen
This is for you if you:
Are navigating life with breast cancer — whether you’ve completed primary treatment and are facing ‘what now?’, or are living with ongoing treatment and its challenges.
Crave connection with others who truly understand the cultural and racial layers of survivorship
Want to process loss, grief and trauma in a space that honours your identity and story
Long to reconnect with joy, desire, and your sense of self
Are ready to invest in your emotional, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing
What happens next
Spaces are intentionally limited — only 8 spots per cohort — to maintain the intimacy and safety that allows for deep connection.
